Unlike almost all other social networking apps, Lets is designed not to keep you online and on your phone but to get you off of your phone and meeting new people in real life while enjoying an activity you enjoy! Whether it's playing a pick up soccer game, or finding a new club to join at school, users can create events and groups and everyone else can see what's going on in their area.Everything on the app is meant to be simple and fast, from creating an account to creating and managing events you host, so you can enjoy experiences you make off the app instead of spending all of your time perfecting every little detail (we'll do that for you).
Users can:Create accounts, events, and groups
Invite friends and groups they are a part of to events they are attending
Invite friends to groups they are a part of
Add and remove cohosts to events
Add and remove admins to groups
Add comments to events and groups
View all events happening in their area
View other user's profiles, their friends, events they've attended, and groups they are a part of
View groups
Currently, only students of Rose-Hulman Institute of Technology can create accounts with their email addresses because we are just a bunch of poor college kids and want to keep costs low. We are however expanding and if you want Lets brought to your school, send me an email at: [email protected] and we will send you an ETA of when we will release the app at your school and work on bringing it to your school!
